Kenneth Wong’s path to real estate started earlier than most. Fresh out of high school, he began the REALTOR® program — only to pause his studies to focus on university, earning his degree from Ryerson and starting a corporate career with RBC and BMO as an HR Compensation Analyst.
But something was missing. A Myers-Briggs test revealed he was an ESFP — a personality type drawn to high-energy, people-focused work. Real estate was right there on the list. It clicked: he wanted a career that got him out from behind a desk, interacting with people, and tackling something new every day. For someone with ADHD, the variety was exactly what he needed.
